Home or Workplace Visit

For when you are unable to come in to see us, or it would be easier for us to come to you. Subject to availability and usually limited to within 2 miles of the surgery.  Please call or email to book. £350 (including travel time with additional time pro rata £300/hour).

Telephone or Video Consultations

Sometimes when you are busy or cannot come into the surgery but want advice or need a prescription, a video or telephone consultations can work well. 30 minute telephone/video consultation.£150

We can help with most medical forms/insurance forms please get in touch for advice. Price billed hourly (£300/hour).

Blood Tests

We can perform most blood tests including a range of specialist tests not available on the NHS. These are priced individually and we would usually suggest a GP appointment to ensure you get the correct test which will answer the question you have. We can also draw blood if required for other providers if needed. £65.

Minor Surgery

We have a custom built minor surgery theatre at Evergreen and can help with most minor procedures (cysts/skin tags/benign moles/lipomas/ingrowing toenails).

Lumps/bumps/moles initial consultation. 
£100 (taken off cost of procedure if you do have surgery). Most procedures £595 which includes pathology (analysis of tissue by specialist to ensure  not a concerning cause).

Ingrowing toenail with removal of ingrowing section and phenol to nail bed to stop re-growth. 
£275 per nail. (£350 for 2  nails).

Weight Management Service

Weight management is a key part of any long term health strategy if you are overweight. We firmly believe medicated weight loss can be life changing and life saving for many patients. We are strong advocates for its use but in a carefully controlled, evidence based and closely monitored setting. 

At Evergreen, we do not just want to prescribe medication but also look at the whole picture of why you struggle with your weight. Medication may well be a key part of the plan but also specialist dietician support, and looking at your relationship with food or other mental health factors, can be as important. We can help with all of these as part of a comprehensive supportive plan.
